In the name of God Amen. I Stileman
Milam in the pish of Warfield
In the county of Berks yeoman
bring of sound and perfect memory
Though sick and weak of body blessed be God revoking all former wills
And testaments do make this my last will and testament in manner and
Form following First I give and bequeath my soul into the hands of Saviour who
gave
It unto me and my body to a Christian burial as my executors shall think
Fit I give and bequeath to my daughter Avis Vinson the sum of twenty
Shillings I give and bequeath to my
grand daughter Elizabeth Boyer the
Sum of twenty shillings I give and bequeath to my
daughter Elizabeth
Serjent the sum of twenty shillings I give and bequeath to my
Grand daughter Avis Gall the sum
of twenty shillings and lastly I give
And bequeath to my beloved wife
Elizabeth Milam (whom I make my sole
Executrix of this my last will and testament) my debts and legacies being first
payed sell the moneys goods and chattels which it hath pleased god to
Bestow upon me in settlement where of I have here unto set my hand and
