In the Name of God Amen
I Ralph Mylam of the parish of Winkfield in the county of Berks labourer
being weak in body but of sound mind and memory (before god) do make and publish
this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say
first I give and bequeath to Elizabeth my loving wife all that my copyhold
messuage or tenament in which we now live together with four close or pieces of
land the two adjoining or belonging containing by estimate six acres be the same
more or less to her and her sons for ever she paying all my just debts out my
copyhold estate as afore said being in the parish of Winkfield in the county
Berks afore said also give to Elizabeth my loving wife all my goods and chattels
what so and what so ever and lastly I do appoint Elizabeth my loving wife sole
executrice of this my last will and testament in witness where of have set unto
my hand and seal this eighteenth day of March in the year of our lord one
thousand seven hundred and seventy seven--Ralph Mylam his mark X signed sealed
published and sealed by the said testator Ralph Mylam and as for his last will
and testament in the presents of us who have in his presents and at his request
subscribed our names as witnesses hereto John Terry------- John ------- Martha
