He married MARY ELIZABETH SPENCER July 18, 1896 in Sullivan County, Indiana, daughter of Mr. SPENCER and HANNAH HARTLEY. She was born October 15, 1880 in Sullivan County, Indiana, and died December 12, 1958 in Sullivan County, Indiana.
