Levi Milam - front left; sitting next to Levi is Roy Oswald (Bertha's adopted brother), the little boy with the cap on behind Roy is Lloyd Milam, Levi's oldest son. Bertha Oswald Milam (Levi's wife) is sitting next to Roy with Harold Milam (second son) in her lap and Goldie Milam (oldest daughter) standing to her right side.

In front of Goldie is Sarah Milam Nicely (daughter of Joseph Milam who was the twin of Levi's father John) and the woman on the far right side of the photo is Savannah Oswald, Bertha's mother.

Levi & Bertha's other children not yet born are Mable, John, Caroline and Robert.

He married BERTHA OSWALD December 21, 1898. She was born 1879 in Roann, Wabash County, Indiana, and died 1956 in Logansport, Indiana.
